We own a property which is let out to my step-daughter, but are looking to sell it to release the capital. Could anyone advise me on the best way to secure her tenure if we sell.

Well if you sell then you better off selling to another invester and he would be happy to take her on as a tenance and a new 12 mth or 6 mth ast can be issued by you prior to completion and this would give your step daughter another 12 months there at least. There are other ways, however they do devalue the property, talk it through with your solicitor
