General (main property discussion here) - best buy to let mortgages

What deals is everybody able to get at present? It seems you can get good property deals at present but the buy to let mortgage rates and LTV and rental formula is not so good, has anyone got a good deal? Thanks

Hi, Ive recently gone with HSBC, they done +.89% of the B.O.E base rate with £550 for fees....not sure if there still doing that rate but its probably worth giving them a call

No such thing as best buy to let mortgage and dont be fooled into low rates.... We are all different with different needs, circumstances and plans so how can 1 product be the best for us all....

I like to say best product for your requirements and circumstances as i would never sell the same BTL mortgage to everyone like a lot of brokers do.

Sometimes low rates come with high fees or bigger deposits so its impossible to call it best buy to let deal...
