We have put together the best BMV deal at the moment for 85%LTV.

For this deal the bridging will have to be 1.1%pcm plus £350 arrangement fee, 85%LTV, no exit fee, the product will:

have a rental calculation from 100% at 5.75%, but normally is 125% as will depend of the credit score, with this product we have to use openbridge as only after 1 month can be remortgage using our product.

No broker fees

Solicitors costs still £400 plus vat plus disbursements.
