I have a block of 26 flats in the north east, What price range are you looking for? Do you want the freehold as well? This is formed in 6 1beds and 20 2 beds. All tenanted bar 5 properties. It is in a quiet culdesac shared by another few purpose built blocks of luxury flats.

Income circa 158k p/a - looking to give a 5% reduction on the price RICS is £2.89m and this would include the freehold
