General (main property discussion here) - property investment companies

I am looking for some help. I bought a property through a investment co & completed on 4 jan 08. Part of the deal was a cash back on completion. So far I have only recieved an interim payment with the promise that the rest was to follow shortly. I have rang the company sent emails wrote letters, but am not getting anywhere with them. When I have managed to speak to someone they say they will pass on my message/complaint/concern to the relevant person & they will get back to me. Guess what? no one calls. Has anyone had similar problems & if so, did you manage to get paid & how? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Come on Colin, name & shame them.

Ive got a suggestion, name and shame them on all the forums, then drive up to the investment companies location and front them. Dont deal with them again

I have just sold 3 properties on cash back deals and paid every penny. Regards, Clive
