hi have any of you heard of this guy?, and what about his "ready deals, website?"

the thing that annoys me is you dont get the chance to do a survey before you agree to the terms.

Simon - you make your assumption because he looks too american and too dodgy? You have no idea who your speaking about, do a little bit of research please.

Jose - Parmdeep is one of the UK's top BMV experts, I think he retired at the age of 26 due to his success in property.
