Selling rented townhouse, 10min to Canada Water tube, completely renovated. Converted into 3 double-bed flat with 2 baths and separate studio. The two units share the laundry and comunal hallway so there is only one council tax bill. Utilities are not separated but tenants are happy to split them up by square meter of living area. Flat rented out for £2773 pcm and studio for £823 pcm, both gross of agent fee (10mth to run on the contracts). Total yield 5.5%. Any interest?
