Hi,

Bit new to all this but basicaly question is:

Can I legal sell my house to another landlord willing to take it on with tenant's without the tenant's agreeing to it.

I have not asked them yet as it is early days but I can't see there being a problem just wanted to know if it can be done or if they objected where we stood legaly.
