I am writing this post to attract a few more investors, as I have a number of investors at present who are treading the market carefully due to the current market conditions. We have very recently increased our highly successfull marketing campaign. We source properties directly from homeowners at below market value, we carry out all due dilligence on your behalf and supply you with enough information that you can undertake your own dilligence. The vast majority of our business is NMD deals and a positive rental return. We also have enquiries from homeowners who have properties with 20%+BMV but the rental doesn't stack so if there are investors looking for these, please email your details.

We have various agreements from local government agencies that rent the majority of the properties that we source. We can also offer a refurbishment service on properties that we source only, this is due to the fact that our main business is property sourcing and we want to concentrate on our core business.

We offer a full management service for 10% pcm of rent collected. For certain investments offered by us we offer a GUARANTEED RENT. Whatever your requirements, just tell us exactly the type of property you want, the area that you want to invest & the yield you require. We will then email over all properties that match your requirements.

We will offer our customers a full turnkey service where we will source the propery, arrange the finance (inc bridging @ 0.5%) refurbish, then manage the tenancy on your behalf.

Hi Paul,

Can you send me your contact telephone number and details, as I always have a few properties on the go. Infact for 4 props available just now that are 26%BMV with rics surveys. They are just about to go out to clients.

be very cautious about buying any BMV property. Make sure the rents stack up. if you are doing this for the long term then fine maybe a good investment, short term then maybe a bad investment even at 25% off.

My opinion of course but im rarley wrong.
