The developments are on the doorstep of the University of Bradford, Bradford University has a student population of around 12,000 students of which 4000 are made up of 1st year and post grad students which the university is obliged to accomodate for, but with current good quality student accommodation levels a majority of these are resorting in living in below standard (pre 2005 hmo reg's)accommodation upto 5 miles away from campus.
