Hi Just about to start re-newing my building insurance and wondered if anyone could reccommend a decent company. Main thing is i let to our local social housing assosiation and not many companies will touch them. Any good leads please. Lou

Thanks Alex,Got a quote from them but they were about £100 more than my usual premium. Simply Business are pretty good and since looking round probably quite cheap in comparison. Ps Had planning for house to flat conversion granted...yipee!!............now it gets scary!!

Stay positibe/motivated abd rememeber there a right gold mine if done properly.
