We are looking for like minded people to develop a new property syndicate.
We intend to develop new build projects (both housing & commercial), particularly sites with 10+ units with anticipated ROI of 100% within 2 years.
Ideally, we are looking for 10 to 15 people to invest up to £50K each, which will provide the development fund, matched with short term financing to fully fund developments.
