depends. i have two brokers.

#1 is a small broker that i pay no fee to. all commisson is paid by the mortgage company to them. they do a great job but are not that creative with financing.

#2 is a more creative broker that arrangers very aggressive financing terms for forward purchase facilities etc. to them i pay 1%. but thats suits me fine.

i have had loads of bad experiences but have now found people i am happy with.

Hi Tom, did you know a company called the Mortgage Trust will give you this facility. I think they accept direct business and there rates are very good and they do lend to Ltd companies. They are part of Paragon. So very clewed up on buy to lets.
