This summer I bought a flat which I intended to part furnish and let out to students. From doing some research it seems that most students will have a few things they want to bring to a property so it best to leave some space for their furniture. I didn’t have much money to buy brand new furniture but I was aware that smart looking furniture can really make my property stand out. After several hours of research on the web I found a company called Buy To Let furnishings (http://www.buytolet-furnishings.co.uk) who rent out extremely smart furniture packs for a very reasonable price specifically for rental properties. This is something that I didn’t know existed and it’s worked so well for me that I thought I would pass the information on as I know I would have been interested to read about this during my search.

I just had a look at the site and am a bit confused - to hire furniture is 10% of the retail cost per day? That means that after 10 days rental you have paid for the whole lot! Bargain? I don't think so. Linda |

This rental deal is for people who are selling the house, not renting, so dont expect to keep it too long. But the 2* package is reasonable for those who dont want to shop around. |

There is nothing on there you could not buy yourself cheaper, all look like really cheap products. Try shopping around you will be surprised how cheap things really are when you have a budget to stick to. |
