Hi All Wonder if you can give me a quote on a residential remortgage please: Brief details I have are :-
House value approx £180,000 Current mortgage £110,448 Combined income approx £ 31,000 1 ccj paid off 2 yrs ago (on lowest earner)
Currently mortgaged with Abbey but the lower rate period has almost finished and is going upto 7.84%. Current monthly paymenets are £760 raising to £868 (approx figures)
What they are after is to remortgage onto a lower rate,over 30yrs and to take out an extra £15,000 hence owing £125,000. they currently have and wish to stay on a repayment mortgage.
