Scotland has still got some great deals, high yielding properties too, not like so many in England so I wouldn't count it out just yet.

In case anyone else is interested in the 2 properties, 1 is a 2-bed forecourted mid town house with 6% yield and the other a modern 2 bed apartment on parkland estate, close to amenities and very close to Britannia Building society Head office. Again a 6% yield. The town house is in a regeneration area.
