General (main property discussion here) - **Need help from mortgage broker

I’m looking for some advice (well more of a favour :)) off someone relatively experienced in the mortgage industry as an advisor / broker. I have an interview with a large estate agency group on Wednesday for a job interview and the director wants me to do a role play with him regarding protection and asking open-ended questions.
