Is there any interest in starting a "land Share club". I do not mean buying plots from landbankers, but a shared purchase of land that has investment potential. Prices of land are rising astonishingly in the UK even without planning permission, so there is a return on even on the raw purchase. Particularly as mortar and brick prices may be levelling off or falling.
