General (main property discussion here) - Flat for sale BMV

My friend has a flat for sale, value 135K sale price 119K so as you can see there is a bit of equity in there.

will email you tomorrow, friend is selling because he has 2 choices, 1) repossession 2) sell at the amount he owes on the mortgage. Ive advised him to sell for what he owes.
