Can anyone advise me about setting up a French tenancy contract for renting out a cottage in Normandy.
A couple living nearby want to rent it for their son.
I hear scare stories about not getting any rent and not being able to evict easily. Is there a way of safeguarding myself and getting it back in case of problems?
