hi - im just looking into converting my house into flats and im confused about what paking i have to provide for each flst ( if any) im converting a 5 bed , 3 storey into three flats, the house is on a main road so cant park on the front any advise/information welcome

Contact your local council,it depends where the property is,in many areas you don't have to provide any as long as public transport links are good or your house is close to town centre or a major employer such as a hospital.Am just starting something similar myself so would be interested to hear how you get on.

I agree with Steve: It depends on your council and where your property is relative to city center. Birmingham for example normally require 1 space per household, but have budged in the past for me, on appeal, as affordable housing is becoming difficult...
