We are experienced, professional and ethical property sourcers who are seeking additional clients that wish to grow their portfolio. We never take any money upfront- before a property is sourced. We are different from most other sourcers in that we do not just send lists of properties out to you and take our commission, and then leave you to fend for yourselves. We take time to understand your requirements and goals and then source properties to match. We can take care of everything on your behalf from project managing the refurbishment to letting the property if you require. We primarily source properties from the Lincolnshire, Humberside, Yorkshire and the North East Regions- but will always look further for a good property. Due to expansion we are seeking a limited number of additional clients who would benefit from our service.
