Our normal criteria are as follows;
5 units minimum.
7.5% Gross yield or at least 15% below market value.
Blocks of houses.
Blocks of apartments currently freehold, single lease or split into leases.
We resell to investor clients and have a track record of selling up to 30 properties in a single day. If the deal is right we will make an extremely rapid decision and can offer attractive terms.
