All,
Does anyone have any recommendations on any online tools that will manage your portfolio? Alternatively any advice on how you hold all your property details would be welcomed. I am at a point now where holding the details on paper and in my head isnt sufficient and would like to know the best approach. I am assuming there must be some of you using tools like Excel but is there another alternative option?

Hi Dave, leave me ur email and ill email u a proper property data base over, it keeps track of rents, repairs, total value of portfollio and loads more. |
