Hi

I'm looking at buying a couple of properties in Edinburgh, high value stuff. The purchase will be made via a British Virgin Isle company to maximise discretion and minimise tax.

The numbers are something like this:

Unit Purchase Price Required Borrowing Apx Rental PA Main house £750,000 £550,000 £27,500 Basement £450,000 £330,000 £16,500 Parking £250,000 £170,000 £10,000

Whilst the yields are on the low side there’s great scope in add value and enjoy a decent capital growth over the next few years. To make this make my borrowing would have to be cheaper than UK rates so I’m investigating Euro or CHF rates.

Can anyone help find a broker/lender for this type of borrowing?

General info, I can show incomes in both Euro and CHF, the LTV can be lower slightly if need be. Any questions please ask.

Thanks
