General (main property discussion here) - Lodger agreements

Hi! This is my first post and I've rented out a room in my house as my first venture into letting anything out...Does anyone know where I could find a lodger agreement template? (not an AST for a fully let house)

dont think u really need one, reason been you are fully permitted to turf them out, without a reason... So if they don't agree and piss you off, big time, so when they go out just change the locks and put there belongings outside for them.

You cant do this on an AST
