hiya, having bought from property clubs for years, and paid huge commissions no matter how many i purchase, i am now starting to approach the developers myselves. No commissions, apart from my overheads, no gimmiks. Let us buy in volumne, get those BMW prices, and all be happy. After all, i wont be able to buy myself with more investors.
