Has anyone had dealings with any of these companies, which might help me in deciding which could be the better option for my first-time investment?

Ive heard of these companies because I have invested with one of them! Basically what they do is secure large discounts and then pass them on to there investors through a deposit scheme or rental scheme. Be careful though, make sure they do not have large discounts as this usually means a poor property. Ive purhcased through Complete Property as they are part of a larger organisation and seemed to know what they are doing! So far they have done what they said they would - pay my deposit! They have also introduced some new schemes recently which im checking out such as rental guarantees and cash back schemes - it all seems ok but I have burnt my fingers before so I was hesitant in investing with Complete but so far so good!
