General (main property discussion here) - Really want to start out - Any Help or advice Appreicated.

Hi All, I am all new to this property game believe it or not. I have been running my own business in IT recruitment, and I have thought of investing with potential partners, who have one thing in mind, (profit).

Arif, Stick to what you are already doing.Too many cowboys have jumped on this particular band wagon.As a novice you will be easy pickings for one of the many sharks circling around you.As for partners I would not go into any arrangement with an outsider,too risky for my tastes.I have always worked alone and that suits me very well. You may well get a team together,but who will have the final say on every decision you take? As for profits - if you make any,why share it with others? Sorry to p1ss on your fire,but this is not a game.Do your homework,then if you really want to go ahead,do it as a part time venture,by that I mean don't give up the IT work,then you will have something to rely on to pay the mortgage.
