Investing here seemed like a good idea in terms of returns. But after looking I am shocked at the number of landlords selling their properties?? Does anyone know why??
An agent told me that its hard to let properties in recent times since 5000 rooms have been built by the university/big developers.
Is it very hard to rent here now?
