Landlord Trader is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Registration is totally confidential.

Registration means that you have become a registered user of the site for the purposes of using certain services that require registration (i.e. browsing property, selling property, asking questions on a property).

By registering, you will benefit from various discounts on Landlord Trader services as set out in User Benefits

Aside from these offers, users will receive our monthly e-mail newsletter as standard, which keeps landlords up-to-date with industry issues. From time to time Landlord Trader may email its users about companies which we think might be of interest to you. These emails are deemed integral to Landlord Trader regsitration and unsubscribing to these emails will effectively cancel a user account.

Users will be emailed regular property updates. Users will, at any time, be able to unsubscribe to these updates.

In the event that either a registered user of Landlord Trader decides to begin the sales or purchasing process on Landlord Trader, it must be understood that Landlord Trader will need to provide certain confidential information that the user has provided to other parties and particularly to the other party's solicitors.

In the case of buying a property, the other party will be the seller's solicitors. In the case of selling a property, the other party will be the buyer's solicitors.

If you purchase items directly from the site (subscription to Landlord Trader or consultancy services) we will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988).

If you want to change any details held by Landlord Trader at any time simply logon or email Landlord Trader at admin@landlordtrader.co.uk.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, without prior notice to you. If we change the privacy policy in any way, it will be effective at the time of posting. The 'Last updated' time is found at the bottom of this page.

Landlord Trader will not sell or pass your details to any 3rd party companies.

Landlord Trader will pass the registered email address of a vendor to a potential purchaser when their offer has been accepted by the vendor. Likewise, Landlord Trader will pass the registered email address of a potential purchaser to the vendor when the vendor has accepted the offer.

Landlord Trader is registered under the Data Protection Act.

Landlord Trader takes all reasonable precautions to keep users' details secure, but unless Landlord Trader is negligent, Landlord Trader will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by users.
