Property Investment Training
There are always lots of property investment courses around offering to develop or refine your investment technique. You'll have seen the adverts on TV and in the paper, it's normally a photo of somebody with a fast car and huge house right behind them, an enormous white grin on their face.
How did they make so much money? (...if indeed they did) Probably by selling so many overpriced property investment courses rather than by following their trademark investing technique!
Typically, at the end of these courses you are offered 'discounted' properties, exclusive to you since you paid them thousands of pounds to sit and listen to them brainwashing you. In reality, the properties are not discounted and you are bullied into buying them. This is a practice Landlord Trader detests.
